RIGHTS & REPRODUCTION APPLICATION FORM
Instructions
All applications for rights and reproductions of Rhode Island Historical Society Collection must be submitted in writing. Please note: this is an application form only, the Graphics Division will acknowledge your application within 3 to 7 business days, with a formal quote. The Society requires payment of the quote before any order is processed, upon receipt of payment orders take two weeks to complete.

Mailing the form:
This form cannot be submitted online. Please print the form and attach photocopies of the images you are ordering and mail it to the Graphics Division at 121 Hope Street, Providence, RI, 02906. You may alternatively fax this form and the photocopies to the Graphics Division at (401) 274-6852. Applications are processed in the order in which they are received.
