Historical note:

The Pawtucket Granolithic Construction Company is known to have been in business between 1907 and 1911. Records indicate that business of the company was limited to the laying of sidewalks; entries pertain solely to work done in the communities of Pawtucket and North Attleboro, Mass. Leon E. Danforth was president and general manager of the company; the treasurer was Francis A. Sylvestre. The records fail to show what, if any, connection existed between Pawtucket Granolithic and the Sayles interests.
