All Sanborn maps are located on microfilm in the first floor Reading Room. The index below is very general as to reel content. More specific content lists and copyright dates are available on each reel. The library has two sets of Sanborn maps: one that ranges from the mid-19th century to the early 20th century, and one that ranges roughly from the early 1940s to the late 1980s. The call numbers for each set are different. In the chart below, the call number and dates for the later set are marked in blue. Please contact the reference staff if you have questions.
