Concerts Under the Elms: The Good Living Band

The Rhode Island Historical Society will kick off the 27th season of its beloved Concerts Under the Elms series on Thursday, June 27th at 6:30 p.m. The six-week series, hosted on the Great Lawn of the John Brown House Museum, will feature a lineup of returning favorites and first-time performers. Each evening will also feature a specially selected food truck.

On Thursday, June 27th we will welcome The Good Living Band, a powerhouse quartet from northern Rhode Island with a vast catalog of favorites from “Friday I’m in Love” to “Ventura Highway.” Food provided by Ming’s Asian Street Food.

Concerts are free for RIHS members and $10 for nonmembers. Membership packages start at $40. Guests are welcome to bring chairs and coolers.

For the first time, we are offering flexible passes to this year’s concerts, allowing guests to purchase tickets in advance that can be used at any concert during the six-week season! Each pass provides access for one individual to a single concert. Passes are redeemable at any point during the 2024 CUE season, but will expire in September 2024 and cannot be used for future seasons. Please note that this season has a rain date of Thursday, August 8, in the event that a concert needs to be canceled due to inclement weather.

Passes are $10 for non-RIHS members. Children under 12 are free. RIHS members receive free admission to all concerts, with memberships starting as low as $40. Please visit here for tickets and our website for more information.

Guests to our concerts are welcome to bring their own chairs, blankets, and coolers. Please note that dogs are not permitted unless they are a service animal.

Thanks to the generosity of our presenting sponsor, AARP members and their guests will receive $5.00 off the concert ticket price of $10.00. Use Promo Code “ElmsConcerts2024” when purchasing your ticket(s). Offer available while supplies last.

Concerts Under the Elms are made possible by AARP, along with Brown University, Esten & Richard Insurance, Cameron & Mittleman LLP, Bally’s Twin River, OnIT Technological Solutions, and BDS.
