Liberty at Lunchtime | Delaware Historical Society

Join the Rhode Island Historical Society on Thursday, January 15th at 12:30pm for the first installment of Liberty at Lunchtime, a monthly virtual series highlighting a partners in the other 13 original colonies. The series launches with the Delaware Historical Society, where guests will discover how Delaware is full of firsts beyond just being the first state.

The Delaware Historical Society is a non-profit organization that preserves, promotes, and shares Delaware’s history to educate, inspire, and empower people and communities. The Delaware Historical Society owns and operates the Delaware History Museum, the Jane and Littleton Mitchell Center for African American Heritage, a nationally recognized Research Library, Old Town Hall, and Willingtown Square in downtown Wilmington, and the National Historic Landmark Read House & Gardens located in New Castle.
