This is a free event. \nRI Shakespeare Rep has added their production as a coda to the summer offerings\, playing for the entirety of the final weekend. Goff hopes interest for outdoor Shakespeare will grow and more plays can perform here. Goff relates that the cast is well-versed in Shakespeare’s text\, many having worked with her in college workshops or in past shows. “We concentrate on understandability and having a relationship with the audience\, and having fun\,” she says. Audiences are encouraged to arrive early and bring chairs\, blankets\, and snacks\, to be\ncomfortable for the 90 minutes or so performance. Donations to RI Shakespeare Rep will be accepted; no rain date performances; snack truck and restroom planned onsite.
