We’re ready; are you? Join us tomorrow for a full day of tours exploring the Faith & Freedom theme at the John Brown House Museum. You can also meet Frank Daley, Revolutionary War and Civil War re-enactor, who will be on hand with his collection of military and other historical artifacts. And on the third floor, you can see a selection of objects on the Faith & Freedom theme from the RIHS’s collections.
On Fridays this year, the blog will feature a new story based on materials in our collection–some on display, and some not–on the theme of Faith & Freedom.
We hope you’ll join us tomorrow, to celebrate Rhode Island Independence Day at the John Brown House Museum.
Reservations required for the “Faith and Freedom” guided tours at 10:30am, 12:00 noon, 1:30pm and 3:00pm. RSVP: firstname.lastname@example.org. Audio tours also available.
