While we don’t quite offer a choice line of leather goods or pricey China from the principal cities of Europe, we do have some novelties and wearing apparel available, along with books, art, and assorted historical bric-a-brac … plus a whole lot of squirrel merchandise, of course.
On Saturday, Nov. 28, the John Brown House Museum (52 Power St., Providence, 10am-4pm) and the Museum of Work & Culture (42 S. Main St., Woonsocket, 10am-4pm) will offer free admission. What’s more, patrons can shop at our RIHS museum gift shops with a 20% discount on all purchases!*

In appreciation of your support and as a gift to our members and friends, the RIHS is offering free admission at the John Brown House Museum on Nov. 28 (10am-4pm), Dec. 26 (1-4pm), and Jan. 2 (1-4pm).
In addition, the Museum of Work & Culture will offer free admission on Nov. 28 (10am-4pm), Dec. 26 (1-4pm), and Jan. 2 (10am-4pm).
Both museums are closed on Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas, New Year’s Eve, and New Year’s Day.
