[1 uniform coat, 1 blue outside jacket, 1 double breasted jacket all wool, 1 black waistcoat worsted wool, 1 coarse linen shirt, 1 white linen shirt with ruffles, 2 pair of linen overalls, 1 pair of coarse worsted stockings, 2 knapsacks, 1 red broadcloth jacket without sleeves.] William Sharper's [one pair of shoes and stockings and buckles] is at the bottom of William Kirk's inventory. An inventory of Serjeant George Babcock's wearing apparel who was killed at Fort Mercer October 22nd 1777 belonging to Captain Thomas Arnold's Company in Colonel Greene's Regiment.
