VIRTUAL: Interactions with the Colonial Period

Step through time into the colonial period online with educators from the John Brown House Museum and learn about life in 18th-century Providence. This program uses images from inside the museum and a guided discussion to offer a deeper look and new ways of reading objects, people, and our history. The live program is about 45 minutes long with a museum educator and can be done through our organization’s Zoom account or your classroom’s Google Meet account. There is also the option to receive a series of short, pre-recorded videos if a live program will not work for your schedule.
